January 12th, 2010: Contacted by Victor Ives expressing to be added to channel line up.
January 13th, 2010: Discussed Billairds Channel with Greg Sullivan.
January 14th, 2010: Added GAMC to line up.
January 15th, 2010: Added DiamondBilliards to line up. Producer - Pat Fleming
January 15th, 2010: Secured funding
January 16th, 2010: Added GATV to line up.
January 18th, 2010: Discussed Music Channel with Carlos York
January 18th, 2010: Contacted producers for hunting/fishing channel
January 19th, 2010: Completed Dealer signup page.
January 19th, 2010: Added Gamming Channel - Ed.
January 20th, 2010: Contacted by Brian Gohl - President Glorystar Christian Satellite Service

Oh that's some pretty cool news.With more and more people getting into fta it would be smart for some stations to go on satellites for free.I always thought it was commercials that payed for the broadcasting of stations so they will still make money as long as people are watching them.

Been wondering about that one myself..... Time will tell. I personally think these guys are onto something big. FTA is HUGE all over the world, NA is just lagging behind. This might just be the first steps in us catching up! Buzz |

Today's board meeting was informal attire. It consisted of ethics, filming and reporting practices. Included at our meeting were some of our staff members. In the picture to your right is Norval Robertson on the left, and Tom Kutter on the right. Norval is one of our reporters. He is an experienced interviewer and has spent many years in the car business as a salesman. Tom is six foot four and can get a camera over the top of a crowd. He has experience with the camera and spent some time in the racing industry as a cameraman at Churchill Downs in Louisville, KY. If you see these guys at your local track, you may find yourself on the Race Channel.
On the left is Brittney Clayton; She has many years experience in customer relations and is our contact person for the Direct Broadcast Satellite News channel.

Dealer Advertising:
We have had a few problems with the free advertising on the "find an installer" page; It seems random selection is just that. You can flip a coin ten times and it may come up heads every time, the odds of it coming up tails on the next flip is fifty percent. The page will now show up to five ads randomly selected. This will allow the user to select an internet company if they can't find a dealer in their area.

We ask our Viewers to bare with us as we get our channels organized. Some things have gone a lot faster then expected and others like the free fight channel and the hunting and fishing channel have been slower. We were planning to put up all the channels up at once but, due to slow processing of some material we will be making changes to accommodate everyone and to speed up our transmission.
The Channels that signed up first will have priority. We do not wish to duplicate their material.

I did get an answer from Leon at freedbs but it was almost as cryptic: This is info for the station owners and managers to keep up with progress. Contract - Closed (Not available) Contract - Pending Being organized Contract - Available (open slot for Manager/owner must have own content 10- 20 percent ownership) So that was the reply. They are always good at emailing me back. I dont want to bug em again on this, ill sit back and see what develops.  |
