OK, so I (finally) order a 24" actuator. Last minute, I have to change the shipping directions. End of story: I get the actuator 5 days BEFORE it was expected Cheesy

Now I won't be able to rate the product itself until next weekend. But I should be able to B/C I do have the component in my hands.

I ordered two items from HMS recently. Both shipments made it from Michigan to my small town P.O. in 3 days! That's what I call Customer Service! clap clap

Thanks you guys, i too buy stuff online so i know i hate to wait for it. Therefore it has always been part of my business plan to ship asap! Of course i also stock just about everything I sell so that makes it even faster. A lot of dealers out there dont stock anything. You order from them and they call someone like me to ship it for them. You never know how long it will take.

 I send (3)email no response call(5)time mail box is full that no way to run a busines I like to by (2) items been tryng over a week long nothing

Yeah, wrong number and wrong email. Our mailbox is defenitely not full, it is unlimited and i check messages 4 times a day at least. Also, our email has been working flawlessly 100%. No issues there either. If you do call and get voicemail leave a message, that means we are on the other lines with customers, but we always get back to you.

Hypers line and email are always open. Re Check your spelling real close it has to be incorectly entered. Also his phone number works just fine i have had him answer the phone eating his lunch so he dont miss calls
