not sure if this is the place where to ask, I have a 33 Inch Dish, with a CS7000, just got a Invacom LNB and would like to see if anyone can help with the LNB setup, not sure what to select and also what TP to use, trying to get Galaxy 19 (97.0 W),  I just need to fill the settings in the lnb setting, so i can go up the roof and star playing with the elevation and angle,  friend is also trying to do the same setting with a cw, not sure what model but also need to find out the setting on the lnb settings,  So i guess, the essential woudl be, what type of LNB? cingular? linear? (noticed the lnb has both but what to used for the above sat), what TP to used( am in california if that helps to determine what tp to used for pointing), not switch between lnb and box( do i need a switch if am just trying to get above sat and only one box?) , lnb power off or on?  Lnb type? (what to select from the choices, single, universal, ocs-dp, legacy twin 1...)  Lnb  freq? (coolsat pre select the frequ depending on what you choose  on the lnb type) ok now what to do on the diseqc switch section? and the legacy switch,  ok i guess that it.

Use one of the L ports on the lnb this is a linear sat so set your Lo settings for the lnb to 10750 standard.

check out the great sat guide from this site to find the Transponder freq for galaxy 19.

shouldn't need a switch as nothing open on the circular side except for a few info channels.

Yep, just like Rainman says.

For a good TP use 11842 H 22000

Or here is where to find other good TP's to use on this bird.

Using my cs7k for Ku ATM.  has a good blind scan, ability to rewind and fastforward so you can turn the spuds and not miss a beat.  Just having an audio sync issue with the rockfish files every day on RTV.  Other than the obvious, not too bad a tuner!!!
