Is there a way where I can view more than just the last 15 recent posts?
 
How about all the posts since my last login?

Hey Lancelot, look under the recent posts to the forum stats area, there is a spot to click where you can view all recents posts, pages and pages of them if you want in the order they were posted. Let me know if thats what you were looking for.

It says "View the most recent posts on the forum."
