Does this problem still exist, or does my new receiver have issues? Do not know if this can be fixed or not!

Here is a link to a video that I made of these channels using Octagon SX88

Code:
https://mega.nz/#!bk0hERrT!C26B4sENIYh_sJJo0k1Z4PxGU-qXgWZO6-35jHnv0Sc

Octagon SX88 is the only receiver that I use or have seen that does this. I would like to know if other receivers act the same as my video.

I don't think it is your receiver.
These signals are sometime flaky.

Looking at the first part of your video (Gunsmoke?), I was thinking HDMI cable.

Just for grins disconnect your monitor feed cable, blow out any dust/debris, reinsert; or swap the cable.
Or try jiggling the cable see if you can replicate the problem.

Cables and such are OK. Other channels play fine.  I think I will record the TS stream and see if it can be fixed in software. I doubt it, but the vendor wants to try.

I just checked and they're coming in fine on the Azbox Me which is usually the first receiver to have problems with them. They've been stable for the last few months. The usual pattern on the signal finder is a good signal level but either a pulsating BER rate that goes from zero to a number in the thousands every few seconds or a steady BER rate in the thousands. When they start going, it starts slowly with signal lock lost every 30 seconds or so and that gets to be every 2 or 3 seconds after a few days or no lock at all.
